I particularly enjoyed the pool area, especially the fire pits for late evenings. However, there were some hiccups. Communication about amenities and dining options could have been better. I found the restaurant choices limited, and the prices were noticeably high. Sometimes, staff seemed distracted, which affected service speed. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable during my stay, and that was frustrating. Overall, I had a good time but noticed areas needing attention.

I often had to seek out a waiter for assistance. The pool area was nice, but I wish there were more shaded seating options available. My room had some wear and tear. the carpets felt old, and there was a musty smell in the hallway. The balcony door didn't close properly, which was disappointing. Apart from the issues, I appreciated the beautiful gardens around the hotel, which added a nice touch to my stay.

our stay at the sheraton was simply delightful! the ocean view room was gorgeous, and we loved how clean and comfortable everything was. housekeeping was very attentive each day. plus, the hotel is very close to calm beaches and nice spots for local dining, making it convenient. the pool and hot tub truly added to our relaxing experience!
